For the Yakima outing I want to try to introduce interested members to the art of hosting an NFA outing. The process is simple it just looks like it isn't.
My plan is to get together (at a central location with adult beverages) for a couple of hours with those interested to do the menu planning and talk about the club equipment. We will figure out the shopping list and timing (dry goods, things to prep and freeze/pack, fresh goods, ice, etc.).
We will than coordinate meet at the NFA locker (in Shoreline) to pick up the club equipment and finalize our packing. Most likely this will be 12th of April.
Any additional questions will be answered at the outing. It really is a simple process. The most difficult part in knowing what to bring and Dana has figured that out for all of us.
