Create a topic which should include a topic title (e.g., Fishing at Pass Lake), when you want to go and just about anything which will allow members to get an idea of what you want to do. When you edit the message you will see options for formatting. Any member that is subscribed will then receive an email and can respond. Members must also be subscribed to create topics, however anybody in the public can respond.
