This is our third scheduled saltwater outing of the year. If you have not been to this park, you are in for a treat! This is a beautiful spot. Our host likes to fish the point on the beach beyond the lighthouse. Around the south/east edge of the point the water is shallower and the trout seem to be there. You can certainly hook a salmon here. Hatchery Coho should be legal as of Sept. 5th (to be confirmed nearer the outing date).
Fishing is best at the tide change. High tide is 8:44 a.m. and low tide is 3:27 p.m.
